BMS Engineer Permanent Surrey£44,000 -£48,000 + 8% discretionary bonus This role

We are looking for an
BMS Engineer to undertake the following duties on a day-to-day basis:
Key responsibilities· Conduct day to day property service checks of BMS & control systems.
· Daily monitoring of the system for faults.
· Replace BMS parts (actuators, control modules, wall controllers & valves).
· Downloading the software when replacing parts, i.e., control modules, fan & wall controllers.
· Identifying defective parts and ordering them through line manager.
· Checking adequate spares available.
· Calibration of controllers etc.
· Oversee & liaise with specialist contractors.
· Liaise with managers, supervisors & colleagues to ensure an efficient & effective service is always delivered to the client & company.
· Ensure a professional approach is always delivered with particular emphasis on maintaining confidentiality.
· Seasonal shift & on call rota.
Knowledge/Experience/Skills/Abilities· Experience in using TAC or Trend operating systems.
· Experience installing or maintaining BMS control systems.
· BS7671 17th Edition City & Guilds qualification or equivalent.
· Experience in 3 phase & star delta equipment.
· Technical administration experience including periodic reporting and upkeep of accurate maintenance and service records.
· Experience attending to ad hoc maintenance calls and break down repairs.
· Significant proven experience.
· Full clean UK driving licence.
